WAGO has partnered with PARTsolutions, the world’s largest supplier of 3D digital catalogs, to  provide enhanced export capabilities to WAGO’s online catalog and ProServe 5.2 engineering software CD-ROM. Based in Augsburg, Germany, PARTsolutions’ Adapted Interface Technology uses all applicable product specifications/geometry to output extremely high quality files in the native format of the user’s existing CAD system.

 

For the Online Catalog, this means that through PARTsolutions, users of WAGO’s extensive 16,000+ item online catalog can output practically every product in .dxf, .dwg, .stp, .igs (or any of 14 other common file) formats. To access this feature, users need only find the appropriate WAGO product in the Online Catalog  and then follow the instructions on the Downloads tab at the bottom of the page. 

 

When using the ProServe software tool, after users have designed, audited and finalized their designs using the smartDESIGNER design module, a PARTsolutions interface allows the export of entire assemblies. Each assembly can be exported into the same native or neutral formats as the online component.
