456 factory-calibrated signals are always precise and constant. Laser trimming of resistors for each individual DIP switch setting avoids the need for recalibration after changing measurement range.
• Current: ±0.3 mA to ±100 mA
• Voltage: ±60 mV to segment-leading ±200 V
• Signal settings are vibration-proof and entirely scalable across range — no limits! Zero and span adjustments are easily made with vibration proof momentary rocker switch. Also, there is no measurement range limitation by a potentiometer end stop.
Auto-reset Fusing: Protects current input against overloads; resets after overload removal.
Signal Clipping: Switches between limiting and analog behavior, preventing application errors. For example: if the 857-402 is setup for 0-10V input to 4-20mA output, and the input is exceeded (i.e. 11V) the output will be clipped at the maximum 20mA.
