Series 828 panel feed-through terminal blocks offer a solution for feeding currents up to 40 A through enclosure walls. Easy mounting into rectangular cut-out. Tool-less terminations using the integrated operating lever. CAGE CLAMP connections both internal to, and external to the enclosure accomodate 16-6 AWG copper conductors. Includes lockout pin features and panel gasketting.
From outside the panel/enclosure ,insert the terminal block into the cut-out until it stops. (Recommended cut-out = 53.2 ± 0.15 x 32.2 ± 0.15 mm).
Adding the panel thickness adapter
From inside the panel, slide the adapter over the terminal block until it abutts the panel. Standard adapter fits 3mm thick panels. Other adapters available upon request.
Securing the terminal block
Align the latching device with the channels on the sides of the block, and slide the latching device downward until secure.
