During installation:
Finding time and space at a site is usually not an easy task. Preparing a wiring harness of plugs without timing and space restrictions can be done independent of the end installation. The X-COM®-SYSTEM has mismating protection properties that even allow personnel not normally involved with electrical equipment to make proper connections.
For servicing:
Subassemblies can be replaced very quickly without any faults.
With 5.0 mm width and accessories (jumpers, test adapters, etc.), the X-COM®-SYSTEM is made to be compatible with the 280 series terminal blocks.
