Irregularities or problems in the production process or in machine operation can be detected by means of current measuring modules, temperature measuring modules or vibration severity modules that are linked directly to the facility monitoring system via the WAGO I/O system. The data collected in this process is evaluated in the module already, so that the user must only enter the associated warning and alarm values.

Control panel - Vibration intensity measurement

The vibration intensity measurement control panel evaluates all incoming values, determines the vibration peaks and reports any levels that exceed defined limits.

Maintenance - Data storage and evaluation

All vibration, temperature and current values that are measured are stored using a database and can be evaluated at a computer.
