Ethernet PLCs and I/O
Ethernet-based automation optimizes system processes while creating extensive time and cost savings via open communication and standardized interfaces. From the top floor to the shop floor, WAGO’s 750 Series Ethernet Controllers offer standardized, complete control solutions for a broad range of applications from stand-alone machine control and process control to complete plant automation.
As part of the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM, the powerful WAGO 750 Series Ethernet Controllers combine all aspects of enterprise management — data acquisition, automation/control functions and field device monitoring — with process management into one network. Whether integrating vertically or horizontally, a highly optimized, transparent and scalable communication network will maximize productivity with an unbeatable cost-to-performance ratio.
WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM-750
WAGO revolutionized automation with the first modular, fieldbus-independent I/O system. The 750 Series WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM, dramatically simplifies control systems by replacing complex sensor/actuator wiring between machines and a central PLC with simple, single cable wiring that connects distributed inputs and outputs. Freely combine more than 300 different input and output modules with 16 different fieldbus and Ethernet protocols to create an ideal control system.
IEC61131-3 Programmable Controllers
WAGO's Series 750 Ethernet controllers unite automation & control functions, data collection, and field device monitoring, all on one network. As part of the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM, these versatile controllers allow analog, digital, and serial signals to be communicated via Ethernet using standard industrial and IT protocols. The flexibility of these intelligent devices allows them to behave as servers or clients in distributed control and data acquisition applications, while an internal webserver provides limitless remote access.
Bus Couplers
Incorporating distributed control into an Ethernet network can simplify automation and drive profits. Distributed I/O can ease troubleshooting, hasten system response, simplify machine installations and reduce wiring costs. WAGO’s line of Buscouplers can help optimize applications and process control by seamlessly operating as either local or distributed I/O. WAGO buscouplers, such as the advanced 750-370, demonstrate WAGO’s dedication to industrial Ethernet protocols by supporting PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, MODBUS/TCP, MODBUS/UDP, Ethernet TCP/IP and Ethernet Powerlink.
Industrial PC
The 758 Series IPC combines PLC strength, reliability and modularity with intelligent PC features to create the ideal intelligent control hybrid. The DIN rail-mountable IPC utilizes 266 MHz CPU, up to 128 MB of Ram and 32 MB of Flash to bridge the gap between IT, control and enterprise systems.
Ethernet accessories
WAGO offers a wide range of Ethernet Accessories to support WAGO’s line of scalable Ethernet solutions. Each accessory is designed and manufactured to meet WAGO’s exacting quality standards. The newest Ethernet Accessories, the 750-975 8-pole pluggable RJ-45 Ethernet Connector and the 852 Series of Ethernet switches lead the comprehensive WAGO Ethernet Accessories Portfolio.
