After installing ProServe, I see the Product Locator, Smart Marking and Registration Icons, but the other icon is unavailable. What is that one?

The other icon is for Smart Designer. You must register ProServe first before you will able to use the Smart Designer part of the software. To register, click on the Register icon and enter the appropriate information. Once you receive a password, enter it into the box. Smart Designer will now be available.
