		<title><![CDATA[What versions of the CoDeSys software and the 750-841 firmware are compatible? Or rather what versions can be used without having to set the "alternative Target ID" setting in the fieldbus coupler?]]></title>

Regarding the "Alternative Target ID" setting in the 750-841&#39;s Web Based Management, this feature is used to resolve variations between legacy CoDeSys and 750-841 firmware revisions. 
</p>
<p>
This feature needs to be enabled under the following circumstances: 
</p>
<p>
CoDeSys project uses PLC target firmware 11 or earlier, and Firmware in 750-841 is revision 12 or greater 
</p>
<p>
CoDeSys project uses PLC target firmware 12 or greater, and Firmware in 750-841 is revision 11 or earlier 
</p>
<p>
This feature needs to be disabled under the following circumstances: 
</p>
<p>
CoDeSys project uses PLC target firmware 11 or earlier, and Firmware in 750-841 is revision 11 or earlier 
</p>
<p>
CoDeSys project uses PLC target firmware 12 or greater, and Firmware in 750-841 is revision 12 or greater

		<title><![CDATA[In the "I/O Config" on the web page of the 750-841, why is the "Number of modules on terminalbus" value different than the "Number of modules in I/O configuration"?]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[<font face="Arial" size="2">The "Number of modules on terminalbus" is the number of I/O modules physically on the node<span class="671075419-10092009">, while</span> the "Number of modules in I/O configuration" is the number of I/O modules that are in the PLC configuration of the <span class="671075419-10092009">CoDeSys </span>program that is loaded into the controller.  If there is no program loaded into the controller, the "Number of modules in I/O configuration"<span class="671075419-10092009"> </span>will be zero (0).</font>
